Season finales, generally, are supposed to be episodes in which the show goes out with bang, but this one was pretty dull. That’s putting it nicely, really. It was very bad.

It’s not that it’s unwatchable, it’s just that it’s pointless watching Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, then hand off the Dash store in preparation to head back to California.

For now, things are going so well at the wildly successful store that is never actually open unless they’re personally there filming. Wait and see, some HUGE crisis will be staged so the girls have to jet back down eventually and film a third season.

Khloe and Kourtney have taken Miami, and too much of our time.

The point of the whole episode, ostensibly, was to show Kourtney and Scott going through couples counseling. Despite the fact that Kourtney hates therapy, she goes to one of Scott’s sessions. She says she wants to support him, but not enable him. Good line, writers.

Kourt speaks privately with the doctor later on about the fine line between the supporting and enabling and breaks down. For someone who is extremely open and runs around practically naked, Kourtney doesn’t reveal much of what she truly feels.

Scott seems surprised to see her cry. 

After everything is packed and Khloe has had her last radio show, Khloe After Dark, the girls are about to leave and Scott comes over to say goodbye. We see Scott shed a few tears and insincerely try and gain forgiveness from Kourtney.

Much to Khloe’s happiness, Kourtney tells Scott he needs to get himself together first and she leaves for LA without him. That should last about, oh, seven days or so.

Forget Scott, Kourtney’s true other half is back in Miami. Khloe Kardashiam Odom has returned to Miami with reinforcements – mom Kris is making an appearance as well.

Again, we ask why Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami is even a separate show. Whatever.

Kris brings along little sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, who are turning into mini versions of their famous older sibs, even if they aren’t old enough to get driver’s licenses.

They run around the apartment squealing as Kris settles in to take care of business – telling her daughter what a mess her baby daddy is. There’s a shocker for sure. 

Scott Disick has issues. He’s working on them, though, supposedly.

This is the first time we’ve really seen Kourtney admit that she knows Scott is sick. As in, he is a sick ba$tard! We also get to see Scott in therapy, attempting to confront his issues.

Kourtney assures Kris she is handling everything, but Kris takes things into her own hands, visiting Scott at the hotel where he’s staying, and helpfully offering treatment brochures.

Scott tosses them out the window the second she leaves.

The wise producer Khloe offers Kris some sage advice – that the more she interferes, the worse she will make the situation. Kourtney is old enough to fight her own battles. Go girl!

When they roll up to the Dash the paparazzi are waiting. Kourtney wants Khloe to fire one of the workers over a shoplifting incident. Khloe feels awkward, but it’s fine in the end.

Scott says he’s done drinking.

Kris shows up with Kendall and Kylie who are turning into their sisters with their wild behavior.

Kris visits Scott at the hotel and gives him info about treatment centers.

He throws the papers off the balcony.

Khloe has to fire a worker but is afraid to.

Khloe tells Kris to stop interfering in her children’s relationships.

We doubt it, but it made for compelling reality television.

In brief, Kourtney realized Scott has been pulling BS and has a problem … or 19. She and Kim, filling in for the absent Khloe, spend the day on a yacht.

When they get home, the apartment smells of weed. Scott’s messed up and when Kourtney confronts him, he grabs her wrist. She slaps him in the face.

She and Kim leave the apartment and sleep at Loren’s.

When Scott wakes up, he freaks out, punches the mirror and injures his hand, sending him to the hospital. Poor guy. We feel so bad for him (not really).

If it walks like a douche and talks like a douche …

Kourtney says she won’t go back to him until he gets help, and for what it’s worth, this was probably the most real a reality show these days can get.

It’s common knowledge that Scott Disick is crazy, and that everyone was thrown off by this outburst. The cameramen had to call the producers for help.

When one of the stars is that out of control, you can’t fake the drama. Well, you can still probably fake 80 percent of it, but hey. It threw us for a loop.

Kourtney and Kim were visibly scared, and it was altogether a very messed up situation. All we could think of was just how sad this is for baby Mason.

The next day, Scott apologizes profusely and ends up in surgery, and while Kourt wanted to be there, she needed to do what’s best for her and Mason.

All she wants is to find a mate who will accept her for who she is (and to get her own reality show like her sisters). Don’t we all, Kim? Don’t we all.

Is Khloe Kardashian even on Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami anymore? Not that it matters, since there was already a Kardashian reality show on E!, and Scott is the star of this one anyway.

And oh, how Hurricane Scott is about to thrash South Florida.

Sunday’s episode, entitled “Kourtney’s Denial,” featured her baby daddy constantly – forgive the tie-in with his club name – MIA. At first, Kourtney says she doesn’t care, and that Scott doesn’t need a babysitter, etc. But then the evidence starts to pile up.

SCOTT DISICK: Words fail us.

Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, is working at the Dash, where the employees are talking about running into Scott out at night. Kim conveniently overhears and reports back.

A really bad actress, Kim wants Kourtney to open her eyes and realize she’s living the life of a single mother. LOL, right. As if Kourtney has no hired help whatsoever.

Oh, Kim is also missing some expensive wine and assumes it’s Scott.

After an adorable Kardashian-Jenner montage of family members lining up to bash Scott, Kourt realizes that perhaps this loser in her life is just a tad out of control.

Everytime Scott’s friends come in from NYC this happens. He goes out, gets wasted, Kourtney gets mad, they fight, they make up. How long can the pattern last?

Oh, we will find out, it looks like. Things will be “taken too far” next week with violence, tears and a hospital stay involved. OMG, can you even handle the suspense?

To borrow one of our favorite How I Met Your Mother quotes, stay tuned for the douche-pocalyse. It’s bound to be a heavily-scripted, predictable Disick doozy.

Basically, this is Keeping Up With the Kardashians now.

Kim’s first act last night, besides slathering on more makeup than we’ve ever see on a human being, was to walk in on Kourtney and Scott railing on the balcony. Staged or not?

Probably, although you never know. Given who we’re talking about, there’s no reason to think they wouldn’t stage it, or would care if she walked in for real. We may never know.

Kourtney and Kim took Miami this week. Khloe had the week off.

The flashbacks of Kourtney and Kim were cute, but after that, the episode pretty much sucked. Kim’s really famous and attracts press. The Dash employees are idiots. So it goes.

How do these idiots have jobs? We mean the Dash employees, not the Kardashians themselves, although that question could certainly apply to those three plastic princesses.

Why on earth would you ever talk about potentially having an STD while being filmed on reality TV? It’s rather amazing to think someone would do that, even on this show.
