The highly-anticipated new season premieres Monday, September 25, at 9 p.m. on Bravo.

Captain Sandy Yawn reunites with Below Deck: Mediterranean Season 7 stews Natalya Scudder and Kyle Viljoen.

Below Deck Down Under's Tumi Mhlongo is crossing over to take on the role of Chief Stew. 

The other familiar face is Deckhand Luka Brunton, who joined the Below Deck Down Under cast this week.

The rest of the cast is rounded out by Chef Jack Luby, Bosun Ruan Irving, Deckhands Haleigh Gorman and Lara Du Preez, and Stew Jessika Asai.

"Set amidst the mesmerizing Italian Riviera and the historic façade of Genoa, Italy, it's all hands on deck this season for Capt. Sandy and her team," the logline teases.

"From outrageous guests to after-hours antics, the boat gets rocked throughout each charter as the crew navigates complicated dynamics and unexpected rifts."

"In a franchise first, unprecedented staffing changes dominate the season, which tests each department as they struggle to find their sea legs through unforeseen turnover," Bravo teases, hinting at more casting changes than before.

"Sandy levels up this season with the 180-foot M/Y Mustique, which challenges her deck crew as they attempt to navigate the busy industrial port with utmost precision."

"Before they even leave the dock, visa issues tie up two crew members while a department head mismanages important paperwork."

"Sandy leans on temporary help for the first charter and an unexpected shake-up results in a change of hierarchy," the logline for the reality TV hit adds. 

"On deck, the crew is overwhelmed by their workload on the oversized vessel as the interior deals with a clash of personalities."

"Chef Jack wows the guests with his impressive take on local Italian fare, but things start to sour when communication goes south."

"Between friends with benefits and open relationships, there's no shortage of boat-mances and boat break-ups."

"When disagreements impact productivity and former friendships start to implode, Sandy is faced with a wave of difficult decisions."

Now, a staffer for Below Deck: Sailing Yacht is speaking out about her experience with longtime cast member Gary King.

Samantha Suarez, a makeup artist on the fourth season of the Bravo hit, revealed that she also helped a talent manager with day-to-day tasks.

Suarez told Rolling Stone that she first met King at a hotel in Sardinia that was used to keep the cast sequestered due to COVID protocols when the cameras weren't filming.

Samantha recalled a day she led King back to his room after filming interviews for the show.

According to Suarez, King was inebriated and didn't want to be isolated in his room, but keeping the cast apart during down days was crucial.

After escorting him to his room to work with other cast members, King allegedly asked her to stay and said that she should join him in bed.

She left but returned later in the day to give him snacks and water, but he was in his underwear when he opened the door and asked her to stay in the room with him.

"I was like, 'I have to go — I need to go bring other people water and food,' and he's like, 'No, no, please,'" Suarez explained to Rolling Stone.

"So I stepped into the room to set the case of waters down and again, he's repeating, 'Don't leave,' and I was like, 'I have to go, I'm not staying.'"

She said King grabbed her to stop her from leaving the room and that she had to "kick and elbow him."

Suarez contacted an HR representative, who told her an investigation into the incident would occur.

Samantha was later asked to refrain from discussing the encounter because "it was becoming water cooler talk" on the reality TV series' set.

King was removed from the hotel and ordered to sleep on the boat for the rest of the season.

He didn't provide a statement to Rolling Stone, but the network did.

"Bravo is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace for cast and crew on our reality shows," the statement reads.

"We require our third-party production companies to have appropriate workplace policies and trainings in place and a clear process on how to report concerns."

"The concerns Ms. Suarez raised in July 2022 were investigated at that time, and action was taken based on the findings."

Gary's behavior on-screen was called into question as Below Deck: Sailing Yacht Season 4 played out, with him saying on Instagram that the season "was not my best… I know that I have a lot of work and growing to do and will do everything to be a better person."

None of Suarez's claims made it to the screen.

Another stewardess was fired on Monday's new episode of Bravo's Below Deck.

At the end of last week's episode, Captain Sandy Yawn called out Alissa for her behavior, leaving viewers on the ultimate cliffhanger when she said she was letting the stewardess go.

"Yesterday was the [last] straw for me. Your insubordination and lack of respect is insurmountable," Yawn, who is filling in for Captain Lee Rosbach, who exited earlier this season due to ill health. 

"Alissa, when you said, 'Yes Sandy. I mean Captain Sandy.' That was a f—k you to my face."

"No matter what job you work in, respect for hierarchy is a must. I am letting you go."

Sandy went on to speak about her decision.

"It never feels good to fire a crew member. You're ending their income," the Below Deck: Mediterannean star shared.

"As a captain, I have to make the hard decisions, and I have to live with them."

Alissa then departed the boat but was adamant that she did nothing wrong during her time on the super yacht.

Camille Lamb, who was fired earlier in the season and had a rivalry with Alissa, returned to give her two cents.

"I've been vindicated. I have always seen [Alissa] be — for lack of a better term — awful," Lamb said in a confessional.

"And she's shown her face. I am satisfied that people got to see what I saw," she added before closing off with:

"Hashtag Justice for Camille."

Alissa found herself on the wrong side of Captain Sandy on multiple occasions throughout the last few episodes, particularly because of her attitude.

Sandy was unimpressed when Alissa spoke back to her after being called out for someone on her team still working while she was lounging in the sun on the yacht.

Additionally, Sandy heard Alissa complain about her leadership on multiple occasions.

Despite being fired, it's unclear whether Alissa will return in confessionals and at events away from the yacht.

Camille has returned twice this season.

One person we know is returning is Captain Lee Rosbach, who signaled at the end of Monday's episode that he would be back very soon.

Us Weekly reported this week that Rosbach will not return for Below Deck Season 11 on Bravo.

Below Deck Adventure's Captain Kerry Titheradge has reportedly been drafted to replace him.

The news is a shocker because it will completely change the series' dynamic.

Lee exited Below Deck Season 10 early due to a health concern, with Below Deck Mediterranean's Captain Sandy Yawn taking over temporarily.

However, it was recently revealed that Rosbach would return at some point during Season 10 to finish out his time on the series on his own terms.

"I'm gonna go back to the [United] States, get this straightened out — and as soon as I do — I'll be on the first plane back here and tell whoever's on board to get the f—k off my boat," Rosbach said in an episode earlier this season.

He went on to reveal to his staff his intention to leave and get better.

"As you guys know I've been struggling with my mobility, and it's been hard and I've let you guys down and for that, I apologize," he told his crew.

"So I've made a decision to leave the boat," he explained. "One of my biggest problems now is I'm not able to observe."

"I don't know who's doing what, it's my job," he added.

"They expect that out of me. There comes a point if a captain is really being objective, he should be putting the best interests of his crew first."

Bravo has yet to confirm Rosbach's exit officially, but with filming starting this week, the cabler probably won't reveal anything until closer to transmission.

Captain Kerry became a fan favorite on Below Deck Adventure, which wrapped its freshman season recently.

There is no word on a second season, but the show didn't go down as well as expected with viewers.

Then again, Below Deck Sailing Yacht started out terribly and became one of the best shows in the franchise after a revamp.

If we are getting a revamp, it will very likely include a new captain.

At the end of Monday's shocking new episode of the Bravo reality series, viewers were treated to a trailer showcasing the coming events.

Let's just say things on the St. David are not going to be plain sailing.

Instead, we should expect plenty of turbulent times ahead.

Captain Lee, who departed the series earlier this season, makes a triumphant return.

"I feel like I'm back where I belong," he says.

"It's like riding a bike — but it's a big bike."

"How did the kids behave?" he asks Captain Sandy Yawn while greeting her with a big hug.

While Sandy tells him his staff has been good, the rest of the trailer hints at plenty of unrest.

Monday's episode kicked off with the firing of Camille Lamb, something that should have happened a few episodes before.

The editing made it seem like Camille was set up for failure because of the Deck-Stew position.

Camille returns later in the season during a night out that will signal some crazy drama.

On her way off the boat, Camille burned bridges with many of her colleagues, so she will likely have some choice words for them when they meet back up.

Ben sulked his way through Monday's new episode after his boatmance was given the pink slip, but it looks like he'll help stir up some drama by inviting her to a dinner with her former colleagues.

Alissa is less than thrilled about her former enemy's return, and honestly, who wouldn't be?

Typically when someone is fired, they're gone for the rest of the series, so this has got to be a franchise first.

Earlier this month, viewers watched as Rosbach announced on-screen that he would depart due to nerve damage in his left leg.

"My injury, it's getting worse. The left side of my body, I don't feel anything," Rosbach said in the episode that aired last week.

"As you guys know, I've been struggling with my mobility, and it's been hard," he told his co-stars.

"And I've let you guys down, and for that, I apologize. So I've made a decision to leave the boat."

Below Deck Mediterranean's Captain Sandy Yawn stepped in to take over, but Lee made it clear it would be a temporary move during the new episode this week.

"My mind's there, my heart's there, my body just won't cooperate," he said.

"I've never quit, and this time, I have to."

"I finally gave myself a plane ticket home, but it's round trip," Lee said to the crew.

"I'm going to go back to the States, get this straightened out and as soon as I do I'll be on the first plane back here and tell whoever's on board to get the f— off my boat."

Rosbach told People that he intends to keep that promise.

"I made a promise to the crew before I left that I would be back before they were done, before the season was over, and I would walk on board by myself unassisted," Rosbach shared with the outlet.

"I'm happy to say that I was able to fulfill the promise."

"That was a very proud moment for me," he continued.

"I wanted to be able to finish what I started."

Rosbach also shed light on how difficult it was to depart temporarily midseason.

"That's something I've never done in my life," he shared.

"I've never quit. I've never had to say I quit. And it was really, really hard to admit, especially to myself, that there's something out there that kicked my ass."

"That was a hard pill to swallow."

Rosbach said he was able to return to work after working on his health.

"The outpouring of sympathy was just overwhelming," Rosbach added.

"I don't consider myself a celebrity or a reality TV star. I'm just a captain that does this job, happens to get filmed while I'm doing it.

"And then when something like that happens, and you see the reaction to the fans, you realize the responsibility you have and how many people's lives you actually touch in a great way. So it's humbling, to say the least."

"But I'm still here," he confirmed.

"It's going to take more than that to stop me."

The Bravo personality revealed he'd be stepping away from his duties on the hit series during Monday's new installment.

Rosbach told his colleagues on the new episode that he wouldn't be able to complete the charter season due to his health.

The star has been vocal about his medical issues on the show this season.

"My injury, it's getting worse," Rosbach said in a confessional.

"The left side of my body, I don't feel anything."

He continued, "I expected a lot more progress than I'm experiencing, and the most frustrating part about it is, I can't do a god d— thing about it, and it's hard."

Rosbach told chef and friend Rachel Hargrove that "this has probably been one of the most humbling experiences of my life."

Rosbach, who has been named "the stud of the sea," realized that his ill health could be impacting his whole crew.

"The pain's getting worse, not better. I owe it to my crew to do right by them. They expect that out of me," he said.

"There comes a point if a captain is really being objective, he should be putting the best interests of his crew first because that's your primary responsibility," he added.

"As soon as you step on board, check your f—ing ego at the dock. That's where you leave it."

The shocking episode ended with Lee telling everyone about his decision to leave.

"As you guys know, I've been struggling with my mobility, and it's been hard," he said.

"And I've let you guys down, and for that I apologize. So I've made a decision to leave the boat."

Rosbach was the first captain to grace our screens on the franchise when it launched in 2013.

Bravo has not confirmed who will take over as captain, but there's a good chance it will be a franchise veteran.

Lee's exit is not a big surprise; the Below Deck Season 10 trailer strongly hinted at his exit when it dropped earlier this year.

We've met plenty of captains throughout the franchise, thanks to spinoffs Below Deck Mediterannean, Below Deck Down Under, Below Deck Sailing Yacht, and Below Deck Adventure.

The premiere date (November 21) and trailer were unveiled over the weekend at BravoCon, leaving us with a lot of questions.

Captain Lee Rosbach returns alongside Chef Rachel Hargrove (third season) and Chief Stew Fraser Oldender (second season).

New additions for Season 10 are Bosun Ross McHarg, Stews Hayley De Sola Pinto and Alissa Humber, Deck/Stew Camille Lamb and Deckhands Tony Duarte, Katie Glaser, and Ben Willoughby.

"Set on the luscious island of St. Lucia, with crystal-clear waters and dramatically tapered mountains, the Pitons are sure to excite even the most discerning guests," Bravo's synopsis for the new season teases.

"Aboard the largest motor yacht in Below Deck history, the crew are impressed by the luxurious, massive 197 ft vessel St. David, but quickly learn that with a bigger boat comes bigger problems."

The trailers for the Below Deck franchise are always heavy on the drama, and it looks like Lee has his work cut out for him with this group of yachties.

Lee has been at the helm of Below Deck since the beginning, but the trailer certainly hints that his time on the series could be coming to an end.

He reveals he has been having difficulty keeping up with the demands of the job.

As a result, he gathers his staff and declares:

"I've made a decision."

It's possible some crafty editing tricks are being used here to make us think things are going one way, but they're going in another vastly different direction.

Bravo does tease that things are about to change.

"The entire charter season is put in jeopardy when Captain Lee makes an unexpected decision that rocks the boat to its core, leading to the most shocking season of Below Deck yet," we're told.

Bravo also revealed at BravoCon that it had renewed Below Deck Mediterranean (Season 8), Below Deck: Sailing Yacht (Season 4), and Below Deck Down Under (Season 2).

Bravo on Tuesday dropped the official trailer for Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7, and it's a lot to process.

The only returning cast members are Captain Sandy Yawn and Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7 favorite Mzi “Zee” Dempers (Deckhand).

Yes, that means the series will have another new Chief Stewardess.

Katie Flood did a decent job on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 6, especially considering the situations she found herself in.

Natasha Webb is the latest to take on the iconic job, while Raygan Tyler is taking over the Bosun duties from Malia White.

The rest of the cast is rounded out by Chef Dave White, Stews Natalya Scudder and Kyle Viljoen, and Deckhands Storm Smith and Jason Gaskell.

As for what we can expect, Bravo dropped the following logline.

Captain Sandy brings 163-foot motor yacht “Home” to the pristine waters of Malta, one of the smallest and most historic archipelagos in the world.

Different than previous charter seasons, Sandy is working with a complex hybrid vessel making it more unpredictable to navigate.

To ensure smooth sailing this year, Sandy brings on a trio of new department heads, but when surprising friction in the galley intensifies between the Chief Stew and Chef, who came onto the boat as colleagues and friends, tension permeates through the entire boat.

Meanwhile, the deck team faces an uphill battle when one crew member is unable to adapt to the high demands of Mediterranean superyachting, forcing others to pick up the slack.

From difficult charter guests to roller-coaster “boatmances” and challenges with hierarchy on board, these yachties go to unthinkable lengths to survive the charter season.

Once again, the series will be streaming on Peacock a week ahead of its linear broadcast, with the first episode dropping on Monday, July 4.

The tactic was employed for the previous season, but Bravo opted not to use it for Below Deck Sailing Yacht and the original Below Deck, leading many to believe it would not be happening again.

Bravo confirmed Monday that the hit reality series would make its grand return to the air Monday, February 21, with a special 75-minute opener.

"Captain Glenn Shephard is back aboard Parsifal III, reuniting with last season's chief stew Daisy Kelliher, chief engineer Colin MacRae and first mate Gary King," reads the logline. 

"Rounding out the crew are fresh faces chef Marcos Spaziani, second stew Gabriela Barragan, third stew Ashley Marti and deckhands Kelsie Goglia and Tom Pearson."

"This season, Gary and Daisy leave their contentious dynamic behind as they bring their relationship into uncharted waters," it continues. 

"Meanwhile, Daisy's desire for smooth sailing with her team is endangered as resentments between the stews emerge and threaten the hierarchy of the boat."

"In the galley, chef Marcos strives for the same standard of excellence he is accustomed to on land but is pushed to his limits to sustain that at sea."

"With a twisted love pentagon, a litany of gruesome injuries and a dangerous, potentially vessel-crippling accident that threatens the safety of everyone on board, this is Parsifal III's most epic charter season yet."

It sounds like a wild season that should translate well on-screen, and the first official trailer highlights some of the coming events.

Bringing Daisy back as the chief stew is a good decision. Daisy won many fans during her debut season, and is probably the best chief stew in Below Deck history.

She knew how to connect with her second and third stew, offering them constructive feedback that allowed them all to work like a well-oiled machine.

Will the same be possible on the third season? We'll need to tune in to find out.

Colin was also a breath of fresh air on the second season, so hopefully that continues here.

Gary was a bit of a wildcard, regularly being caught in the center of the drama, so we should probably expect him to deliver.

The trailer is a lot of fun.
