But it might be the first word that comes to mind when you witness Pranysqa Mishra's stunning performance on this week's episode of America's Got Talent.

Many AGT acts incorporate tricks and techniques that we've never seen on television before.

But Pranysqa kept it simple — and she may have brought Simon Cowell back to his American Idol roots in the process.

Eschewing the gimmickry that seems to be the surest way to go viral these days, the 9-year-old phenom took to the stage and belted out Tina Turner's "River Deep, Mountain High."

With her proud family watching from backstage, Pranysqa left the judges and the studio audience awestruck.

It goes without saying that there's a tremendous amount of talent takes to the stage each week on AGT.

But with Pranysqa, one gets the impression that we might be glimpsing the future of the music industry.

Though she has yet to begin middle school, the talented vocalist has already sung the national anthem at numerous high-profile events, including the 2023 US Open.

She's got a resume that singers several times her age would kill for, and AGT might just catapult her to the next level of fame!

"Pranysqa is a young and talented 9-year-old singer who has captured the hearts of audiences across the US and Canada with her incredible voice," reads a statement on her website.

Something tells us that Pranysqa is about to go viral once again.

What is lesser-known is that he is a talented artist. He used to sell his creations to his football teammates for extra income, but that wasn't his odd job.

The odd job was working for a television station before he became famous. He used his artistic talents to produce courtroom sketches during trials for the station's news broadcasts.

Ashton Kutcher Was a "Cereal" Killer

Ashton Kutcher's most famous role is that of Michael Kelso on That '70s Show, a role he reprised on That '90s Show.

Today, Ashton is still acting and is a successful businessman and entrepreneur with a Biochemical Engineering degree from the University of Iowa.

He also raises his kids and champions causes he believes in with his wife and '70s Show costar, Mila Kunis. The two appeared on That '90s Show together as well.

Ashton leads a fast-paced life now, but one of his earliest jobs was far less exciting and glamorous.

As a worker for General Mills, he had to sweep and eliminate excess cereal that fell on the floor. He has certainly worked his way up the ranks since then.

Sylvester Stallone Looked After Lions

Movie star Sylvester Stallone is a mentally and physically tough guy. He's famous for his roles in Rocky and Rambo and is now known for his role in the Expendables films.

Before that, his unusual job was cleaning lion cages at the Central Park Zoo.

Had he known about their early jobs, he might have started a circus with his fellow actors, including Christopher Walken, Pierce Brosnan, Patrick Dempsey, and Hugh Jackman.

Walken was briefly a lion tamer, Brosnan was a fire-breather, Dempsey juggled professionally, and Jackman dressed up as a clown to entertain kids.

Matthew McConaughey Cleaned Up After Chickens

Matthew McConaughey's first TV role was on an episode of Unsolved Mysteries in 1992.

Now a famous movie star and well-known for his role in the series True Detective, he is easily recognizable. However, he probably felt far less seen in one of his earlier roles.

Brad Pitt Was a Mascot

Continuing the chicken-related theme, we have Brad Pitt.

Now a famous movie star known for the Ocean's film franchise and other films like Fight Club, he once acted in a whole different way.

Brad's first job was dressing as a chicken mascot for the El Pollo Loco restaurant chain.

He didn't have to clean out coops like Matthew, but it probably wasn't always fun to sweat it out in a hot chicken suit while advertising the restaurant.

Still, some of what he learned from that experience may have carried over into his acting career.

Luke Perry Helped People Open Many Doors

Coy Luther Perry III, better known as Luke Perry, was one of the biggest teen heartthrobs of the 1990s, thanks to his role as Dylan McKay on the hit teen drama series Beverly Hills 90210.

He then found a second generation of fans when he starred as Fred Andrews on Riverdale years later.

Before that, he had worked construction and odd jobs, such as in a doorknob factory.

Fans, including myself, were devastated when he suffered a stroke and passed away in 2019 at the young age of 52.

Jennifer Aniston Hit the Road

Jennifer Aniston has been in the business for decades.

Some of her earliest roles were in 1990s classics like Herman's Head, the Ferris Bueller TV series, and the quirky and star-studded film Camp Cucamonga.

Yet, she will forever be known primarily for playing Rachel on Friends.

Jennifer Aniston Says Comedy Has Evolved

Before achieving stardom, she hit the road and at least one car door as a bicycle messenger.

During a press tour for the movie Horrible Bosses, she explained that she was just 19 and was a bit of a klutz when that incident happened.

George Clooney Worked in Tobacco Fields

George Clooney is one of the most famous stars of TV and movies today.

He made a name for himself on the small screen, appearing in classic shows such as The Facts of Life and Roseanne.

As for films, he is one of several men who have donned Batman's famous cowl on the big screen.

Many people don't know that George starred in two series about emergency rooms: the short-lived 1980s sitcom E/R and the long-running and wildly popular medical drama ER (1994-2009).

But before all that, George could be found doing several less glamorous jobs, including cutting tobacco on a tobacco farm.

Many more stars also had day jobs.

Some had weirder jobs than others, of course.

Laughter erupts from the audience of the reality tv series, and Simon Cowell is left grinning from ear to ear, wondering what could possibly come next.

His wife Jenny revealed the sad news that he passed away following a stroke on a cruise ship.

She wrote:

"I lost my husband yesterday. My kids lost their father."

"He suffered a stroke while working on a cruise ship in St Kitts and did not make it home to us.

"We are shattered. Please hold us in your prayers."

Jenny shared a series of pictures on the social media platform of Scott with his children.

Fans took to the comments section to pay tribute to the late magician.

"So So Sorry for your loss. Please accept my most sincere Condolences," said one fan.

Alexander had a widely praised appearance on America's Got Talent Season 6.

He wowed the judges at his audition before being sent to the Vegas round.

Alexander made it to the quarter-finals of the reality series before being eliminated.

He went on to appear on Penn & Teller: Fool Us.

Alexander is survived by his wife, Jenny, and their four children.

The broadcast network on Friday greenlit America’s Got Talent: All-Stars, a new extension of the powerhouse hit series featuring winners, finalists, fan favorites and viral sensations from previous seasons of America’s Got Talent. 

It will also include familiar faces from the Got Talent franchises around the world.

The contestants will take the stage once again, but this time to compete for the ultimate All-Star title.

Creator and executive producer Simon Cowell will judge alongside global fashion icon Heidi Klum and renowned comedian Howie Mandel.

Sofia Vergara, who is a judge on the regular series, will not be a part of the spinoff.

Instead, the new show will be going with a three-judge panel.

Terry Crews will return as host for the show that is set to premiere in 2023.

No details on when in the year it will launch, but it will likely be an early 2023 entry ahead of the original series in the summer.

With more than 70 local versions of Got Talent produced across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, “AGT: All Stars” brings together the most beloved and memorable contestants from across the globe for one of the toughest competitions yet.

The best of the best will return to the stage to showcase their talent in hopes of being crowned the first-ever winner of “AGT: All-Stars.”

The “Got Talent” format has had more than a billion global viewers since it began airing in 2006 in America and has aired in 194 territories worldwide.

“Got Talent” holds the Guinness World Records title as the Most Successful Reality Television Format.

According to TMZ, the musician died Monday after being found at his home in Nashville.

Neal's cousin, Dylan Seals, confirmed reports of the death to the outlet.

Seals revealed he lived with the star before the pandemic.

TMZ reports that Neal's roommate called them after discovering his body in a bedroom.

Officers reportedly told the outlet that there was a guitar pick next to Neal's bed that "appeared to contain a powder residue."

Nolan rose to prominence after appearing on America's Got Talent Season 15 in 2020.

He made it to the quarter-finals and amassed a lot of fans.

The first song he sang on the reality series was called "Lost," a track he revealed he wrote after overcoming substance abuse issues.

The emotional performance wowed the audience and judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandell, and Sofia Vergara.

"The hook of this song is lost for the last time," he told the judges.

"It’s about someone who thinks that they don’t deserve anything because of the things they’ve done," he added.

"I hope that it connects with you all, that will be the real win for me."

"Simon, he knows real talent when he sees it, so if I am just kind of a washed-up singer, I know he’ll tell me," Neal said on the show.

"I’m glad to be here today, sober, very clear and focused. My voice is healthy. I’m healthy."

Neal also competed on The Voice back in 2016, where he joined Adam Levine's team.

Neal's final Facebook post was from three days ago in which he shared that he was playing at the Hotel Indigo in Nashville on Sunday from 6 pm until 9 pm with free admission.

However, he followed up in the comments section that the manager canceled the show.

"Sorry guys. Y’all should call the Hotel and tell them you want to see me play there lol," he said.

Their talent is unique and quite entertaining to watch.

This is something we know we couldn't do ourselves, so watching them really impresses us.

We do wonder, though, how far a duo like this will make it in the series due to it being such a niche talent.

They compete on the fourth episode of the audition round.

The Cline Twins are ready to prove themselves on a big stage, but this isn't their first rodeo.

The Cline Twins have been on Network television before.

Two years ago, the Cline Twins displayed their unique skills on The Ellen show.

They've had their chances to improve their skills since the Ellen show while keeping the same charisma and synchronization in their performance.

“[Marczewski] was such a bright inspirational light in all our lives,” AGT judge Howie Mandel tweeted on Monday in response to the news.

“We must continue to live and learn from her words and lyrics."

"As much as I feel horribly about her passing I feel lucky to have met, heard and known her.”

"We are saddened to learn about @_nightbirde's Passing," said Terry Crews on Instagram. 

"Our Condolences goes to her Closest Family & Friends in such of This difficult time. We Love you, Nightbirde."

Marczewski performed under her stage name Nightbirde on the reality series, earning a golden buzzer from Simon Cowell.

Cowell called her voice "absolutely amazing."

Marczewski previously opened up about her prognosis.

She said that she was told she has a 2% chance of survival, “but 2% is not 0%.”

“It’s important that everyone knows I’m so much more than the bad things that happen to me."

The star broke the news to fans in August she was exiting the show to focus on her fight against cancer.

“Sharing my heart with the world on ‘AGT’ has been an honor and a dream come true. My point of view this summer has been astounding," the Instagram post said.

"What a miracle that the pain I’ve walked through can be reworked into beauty that makes people all over the world open their eyes wider,” Nightbirde added in the statement to her fans.

“Since my audition, my health has taken a turn for the worse and the fight with cancer is demanding all of my energy and attention."

"I am so sad to announce that I won’t be able to continue forward on this season of ‘AGT.’ Life doesn’t always give breaks to those that deserve it — but we knew that already."

"Thank you for all your support, it means the world to me."

"Stay with me, I’ll be better soon. I’m planning my future, not my legacy. Pretty beat up, but I’ve still got dreams.”

Last week, the series halted production after an accident that sent stuntman Jonathan Goodwin to the hospital with critical injuries.

“Our thoughts and prayers remain with Jonathan Goodwin and his family as he continues to recover from his accident on Thursday,” an AGT spokesperson said in a statement to PEOPLE.

“In order to focus on the wellbeing of our crew, we will be temporarily pausing production on America’s Got Talent: Extreme and will resume the last few days of filming at a later date."

"The health and safety of our cast and crew continue to be our priority.”

According to TMZ, Goodwin was "suspended 70 feet in the air in a straitjacket hanging by his feet from a wire," which two cars "suspended on either side of him swinging back and forth."

According to the outlet, the stunt involved Goodwin freeing himself to land on an air mattress below.

However, the performer was "sandwiched" in between the two cars after they smashed together.

“During a rehearsal last evening for America’s Got Talent: Extreme, an accident occurred in which escape artist Jonathan Goodwin was injured while performing his act,” a spokesperson for the show explained after news broke of the incident late last week.

“He was responsive and was immediately taken to the hospital where he is continuing to receive medical care."

"Our thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family as we await further updates on his condition.”

It's unclear when production could resume, and we still don't have an update on Goodwin's condition.

He appeared on AGT during its 15th season, and has also appeared on the British edition of the series.

America's Got Talent: Extreme is set to star franchise veteran Simon Cowell on the judging panel, as well as newcomers Nikki Bella and Travis Pastrana.

Terry Crews is also set as host for the new iteration of the reality series. AGT: Extreme “will showcase the most outrageous, unique and jaw-dropping acts of enormous scale and magnitude that simply cannot be confined to a theater stage,” according to NBC's description.

“Each week contestants will go head-to-head in the most wild, intense and often times beautiful performances to vie for a $500,000 prize and the ultimate title, the champion of America’s Got Talent: Extreme.”
