FOX has confirmed its midseason schedule.
The broadcast network has confirmed that Last Man Standing Season 8 will kick things off on January 2, moving to Thursdays.
The show has spent much of its life on Fridays, so it will be fun to see if it manages to perk up in the ratings.
Starting Thursday, January 23, the series will be paired with new comedy series, Outmatched.
Deputy will also launch on Thursdays, out of two episodes of Last Man Standing.
Also of note is that 9-1-1: Lone Star, the spinoff of the wildly popular 9-1-1, is getting a two-night premiere event.
Part 1 is airing Sunday, January 19, out of the NFC Championship Game, while Part 2 will launch Monday, January 20, at 8/7c.

While 9-1-1 is taking a break to give the spinoff some time to shine, Prodigal Son will continue to air Mondays, meaning fans won't have a big break in the middle.
9-1-1 will return when 9-1-1: Lone Star wraps its freshman run.
Empire is taking its typical midseason hiatus, and Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back has been drafted in to fill the void.
The Masked Singer is taking a break from Wednesdays, with Flirty Dancing stepping in temporarily.
All told, have a look at the full rollout plan for FOX's midseason roster.
